3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

• Blix owns all intellectual property, including but not limited to scripts, visuals, storylines, and AI-generated content.
• Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission.
• Unauthorized use of Blix's intellectual property may lead to legal action.
• Any content uploaded by users grants Blix a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content on the platform.

4. User-Generated Content

• By submitting content (e.g., comments, artwork, or stories), you grant Blix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute it.
• Content must not violate intellectual property rights or contain offensive or unlawful material.
• Blix reserves the right to remove or moderate user content.

5. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Blix offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, and premium content.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Prices may change at any time, with prior notice to users.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use Blix for illegal purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt Blix's services.
• Violate intellectual property rights.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm others.

7. Termination

• Blix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Blix provides content "as is" and makes no warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, or reliability.
• Blix is not responsible for third-party content or services.
• To the extent permitted by law, Blix is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

Blix may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
